Dan Thomas

A member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, and past president of its famous cooking team that traditionally excels at Owensboro’s International Barbeque Festival, Dan Thomas and his wife, Darlene, have four children. So they are ‘home builders’ in more than just the business sense of the word. Thomas also is a youth baseball and softball coach.

After college stints in Murray, Kentucky, and Evansville, Indiana, Thomas began his true profession in 1983 when he joined the firm of an Owensboro builder. “I’ve had a real education in all phases of the building business,” Thomas said, “and I’m proud to say I’ve learned the craft from the ground up.”
